Small-scale and Micro-scale anaerobic digesters may provide the right solution for your organic waste treatment. In order to determine the amount of energy, water and fertiliser in your waste, we offer organic waste testing and carbon offsets prediction including NPK analysis of the resulting organic fertiliser from just 2kg of your waste stream. You will be able to incorporate this carbon offsets prediction (CO2e) into your ESG reporting towards your SBTi targets.
We are able to test most organic waste streams to determine the amount of energy, water and fertiliser and carbon offsets they contain. We arrange for collection from your site and send to our centralised European lab facility. The testing takes between 14-30 days to complete depending on the tests required. We are then able to provide you with a detailed estimate of the results you can expect to get from your waste stream processed in one of our small anaerobic digester systems – in terms of biogas, electricity, heat, water and soil enhancer (fertiliser).

From the waste testing, we are able to estimate the carbon offsets you can expect once you have implemented one of systems on your site. We can also offer customised estimates which take into account your current waste handling practices, to provide a more accurate estimate of CO2e offsets for your site. With this information, you can calculate the positive impact the implementation of a Flexibuster or Muckbuster®, system will have on your Tier 1, 2 and 3 emissions
Our natural process converts the organic material in your waste into biogas (renewable gas) which can then be put through a combined Heat and Power unit, to produce Renewable Electricity and Heat or upgraded to Bio-Methane. We even capture the exhaust heat. To find out how much energy you are paying someone to take away from your site, contact us now to book your feedstock analysis test.
Housed in a small, modular footprint using shipping containers, they can be located conveniently in a parking lot; even indoors.
As part of the feedstock testing, we measure the NPK values of the resulting organic soil enhancer.
Processing waste-water sludge, food waste, and slurries while eliminating daily waste collection, vectors, and storage of waste.
SEaB Digesters generate clean energy income from organic waste; reducing energy bills and carbon footprint.
