SEaB Energy is committed to building a supply chain that supports safe, reliable, and sustainable delivery of on-site food waste treatment and energy-from-waste systems.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards we expect from all suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the jurisdictions in which they operate, including but not limited to:

• Product safety and conformity requirements;
• Environmental regulations;
• Labour and employment laws;
• Health and safety obligations.

Compliance is a baseline expectation, not a competitive differentiator.

Quality & Product Integrity

Suppliers are expected to:

• Maintain appropriate quality management systems;
• Deliver products that meet agreed technical specifications;
• Provide accurate documentation, certifications, and traceability;
• Notify SEaB Energy promptly of any non-conformances or changes affecting product performance.

Product quality and documentation are critical to system safety, certification, and customer confidence.

Health, Safety & Risk Management

Suppliers must:

• Provide safe working environments for their employees;
• Identify and manage risks associated with their products or services;
• Support safe installation, operation, and maintenance of supplied components.

SEaB Energy prioritises safety across the full system lifecycle.

Environmental Responsibility

SEaB Energy expects suppliers to:

• Comply with applicable environmental regulations;
• Minimise waste and environmental impact where feasible;
• Consider durability, efficiency, and lifecycle performance in product design.

We value suppliers who actively work to reduce environmental impact and support circular economy principles.

Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and professionalism, including:

• Zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or unethical behaviour;
• Fair competition and transparent commercial practices;
• Respect for intellectual property and confidential information.

Labour & Human Rights

Suppliers must:

• Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labour;
• Provide fair wages and working hours in line with local laws;
• Respect diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

SEaB Energy expects its supply chain to uphold basic human rights standards.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Suppliers must:

• Protect SEaB Energy’s confidential information and IP;
• Use shared information only for agreed purposes;
• Respect ownership of designs, data, and documentation.

• Engage constructively on performance and cost optimisation;

Compliance With This Code

SEaB Energy reserves the right to:

• Assess supplier compliance with this Code of Conduct;
• Request corrective actions where standards are not met;
• Review or terminate relationships if material breaches occur.
