MuckBuster™ Organic
For horse stables and farmyards the waste is added by way of a hopper fitted with a macerator flowing into a small mixing tank. This feeds into the processing tank. The output of this tank, gas and fertilizer, is moved into the storage tank, while the water is recovered into the mixing tank. Biogas and fertilizer are collected. Muckbuster conserves water by recycling water in the anaerobic digester unit. The spent digestate (fertilizer and woody mulch) processed through a dewatering unit to remove the lignin mulch, condense the digestate while recycling the water to mix into the incoming waste stream. The system outputs are thickened/condensed digestate and damp warm mulch.
MuckBuster™ Septic
For septic systems, we reuse the existing septic tank, for the storage of processed waste. And modify it to hold biogas. We add an input hopper fitted with a macerator flowing into a small mixing tank to process garden and kitchen waste. This feeds into a new processing tank. The output of this tank, gas and remaining waste, is moved back into the storage tank. We do not recycle water in this system. Biogas is collected.
MuckBuster™ Organic price list
The MuckBuster™ Organic is used to process horse and other animal waste, also any food and other organic waste matter is suitable. A MuckBuster™ 400 unit can process 400 liters of waste.. and so on. Choose the size required based on the quantity of waste you need to process, combinations can be used, for example a MB400 + MB800 unit= £66,000.
